Condition:
1.Check-in time
is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
2.An advance of
100% is required to confirm all reservations.
3.All bills to
be settled before check out by cash or credit/debit card.
4.All meals are
strictly vegetarian. Liquor & non –vegetarian meals are not permitted to be
served in the premises due to the law of the land. 'Ordering
food from
outside to your rooms is not allowed. In case of medical reasons please contact
reception for an exception.
Cancellation
& Refund Policy:
1.FIT
Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is done 7 days before check-in we will
refund 95% of the amount (5% adjusted for transfer charges). If
cancellation is
done 2 days before check-in we will refund 45% of the amount (5% adjusted for
transfer charges). If cancellation is done less than 2 days
in advance,
then we charge 100% of the amount.
2.Group
Cancellation Policy (*Applicable for 06-20 rooms): If Cancellation is done 30
days before check-in, we will refund 95% of the amount (5%
adjusted for
transfer charges). If cancellation is done 15 days before check-in, we will
refund 45% of the amount (5% adjusted for transfer charges). If
cancellation is
done less than 15 days in advance, then we charge 100% of the amount.
3.Group
Cancellation Policy (*Applicable for 21-30 rooms): If Cancellation is done 60
days before check-in, we will refund 95% of the amount (5%
adjusted for
transfer charges). If cancellation is done 30 days before check-in, we will
refund 45% of the amount (5% adjusted for transfer charges). If
cancellation is
done less than 30 days in advance, then we charge 100% of the amount.
4.Group
Cancellation Policy (*Applicable for more than 30 rooms): If Cancellation is
done 120 days before check-in, we will refund 95% of the amount
(5% adjusted
for transfer charges). If cancellation is done 90 days before check-in, we will
refund 45% of the amount (5% adjusted for transfer charges).
If cancellation
is done less than 90 days in advance, then we charge 100% of the amount.
5. No Show
Policy: In case the guest holds a booking but doesn’t arrive on the arrival
date then the 100% amount for the booking gets forfeited and
the hotel will
charge the entire amount from the guest.
Children up to
5 years complimentary.
Child rate
applicable between 6-12 years
Children above
12 years are counted as Adults.
Deluxe Room,
Premium Room and Lotus Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.
Family Room -
Packages are valid for four adults OR Two Adults and two children (aged eleven
years and under)

Capacity:
Deluxe Room,
Premium Room and Lotus Suite - The maximum room capacity is two adults.

The maximum room capacity is four adults OR two adults and two children (aged
eleven years and under)
Extra Guest
Policy: (Payable after Booking)
One additional
guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of INR 4,000 per night
(inclusive of taxes), sleeping on an extra mattress bed with accommodation and
(breakfast and Dinner only).
Child Policy:

One additional
guest (6-12 Years) may stay for a surcharge of INR2,500 per night (inclusive of
taxes), sleeping on an extra mattress bed with accommodation and (breakfast and
Dinner only).
Young
Child/Baby Policy:
One young
children/babies (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping
on existing bedding with accommodation and all inclusions as per package
purchased except alcohol. Baby cots are strictly subject to availability.
Dining
inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are
subject to change without notice.
