1. Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 morning.
2. An advance of 100% is required to confirm all reservations.
3. All bills to be settled before check out by cash or credit/debit card.
4. Children up to 5 years complimentary.
5. Child rate applicable between 6-12 years
6. Children above 12 years are counted as Adults.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
0% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 15 days or more in advance.
25% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 96 hours (4 days) or more in advance.
50% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 48 – 96 hours (2-4) days in advance.
100% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) prior to check-in date.
Cancellations of Credit card and online payments will be charged 5% extra.
In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e., reduction in duration or number of rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply on a pro-rata basis.
In the unfortunate event of a positive Covid-19 RT-PCR report prior to check-in, Soulitude will refund the entire deposit without a cancellation charge (evidenced by a copy of the positive test report).
For the New Year Eve period (covering any dates between 19 December 2020 and 05 January 2021)
25% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 30 days or more in advance.
50% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled 16-30 days or more in advance.
100% of Total Meal Plan / Package Amounts if cancelled within 15 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellations of Credit card and online payments will be charged 5% extra.

Maximum Room Capacity:
Deluxe Room - The maximum room capacity is two adults.
Junior Suite - The maximum room capacity is two adults and 1 Child (Age: 5-12 Years)
Suite - The maximum room capacity is two adults and 2 Child (Age: 5-12 Years) OR three Adults only.
Extra Guest Policy: (Payable after Booking)
One additional guest (12 Years and above) may stay for a surcharge of INR4,600 per night (inclusive of taxes), sleeping on an extra mattress bed with accommodation and (breakfast and Dinner only).
Child Policy: (Payable after Booking)
One additional guest (5-12 Years) may stay for a surcharge of INR2,800 per night (inclusive of taxes), sleeping on an extra mattress bed with accommodation and (breakfast and Dinner only).
Extra occupancy charges will be applicable for 5 yrs. and above, whether extra bed is opted for or not.
Young Child/Baby Policy:
One young children/babies (aged five years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and all inclusions as per package purchased except alcohol.
Important Information
All meals are served only in the dining room of the main house, during the following timings which are strictly adhered to: Breakfast – 8am to 10:30 am Lunch 1pm – 3pm Dinner 8pm – 10 pm.
Though there are no T.V.’s in the rooms, save one in the Lounge, we have provided for lots of alternate in-house entertainment. We have a huge collection of books, movies and games as well. Please feel free to use these – with care. Please note that playing loud music is not permitted in this area. The management decision in this matter shall be final.
Soulitude does not have a liquor license and therefore is unable to serve alcoholic beverages.
We do not have driver or maid facilities at Soulitude. Our drivers usually stay at the Kumaon Vikas Mandal Tourist Rest House which is 3km away (dorm and rooms both available at very reasonable rates) or at small hotels at Bhowali (10 km away).
Soulitude reserves the right of admission and has an active screening policy while accepting guests. This is mainly to ensure that only those guests are accepted that are seeking an experience akin to the one Soulitude can provide. In the event that Soulitude cancels a reservation anytime prior to guest arrival, a full refund will be made.
In accordance with the law, the Interiors are a strictly non-smoking area. If the need be, kindly step out into the outdoors and use the ash-trays provided.
This is Nature’s Playground. Be aware of the presence of Nature’s elements. While we have taken reasonable precautions, we do not accept any liability of injury, damage or accident whilst on these premises. Children must be supervised at all times. At times, our staff may accompany you on the treks. Please note that they are not certified guides and are only accompanying you for providing hospitality. We do not accept any liability of injury, damage or accident whilst on treks or excursions.
The common areas of these premises are monitored by CCTV 24×7.
