After Breakfast begins this amazing day with a visit to Nara to see Todai-ji Temple. It holds the World Guinness Record as the largest wooden building. Inside the temple, you will witness the largest Buddha statue of Japan. Just outside the Todaji-ji temple is the Nara Deer Park, where you will be greeted by numerous deer that roam around freely.
After spending time in Nara, we will partake in a tea-ceremony to help you relax and learn more about Japanese tradition. After the tea-ceremony, explore sake museum to learn the about history of Japan's national drink. After kaiten sushi lunch head to Fushimi Inari Shrine, that features hundreds of red tori gates. The path is perfect for photoshot or just to zen your mind.
Keeping with the traditional feel, discover the traditional streets of Ninenzaka. This rustic shopping street hasn't changed since the Edo Period, making it a perfect spot for photos or to explore traditional Japanese architecture.
Walk through the Bamboo Groove Forest
because today it's off to Arashiyama. It’s splendid to witness the morning's
sunlight passing through the bamboo makes for a perfect morning delight. We
will also enjoy a spirited rickshaw ride through Arashiyama. Explore many of
the traditional-style shops and temples during the ride.
After that head to the Golden
Pavilion, or Kinkakuji Temple, a Japan’s one of the must-see attractions where
the upper two floors are covered in gold leaf. The reflection of the golden
temple on the lake adds to the stunning sight. Once done with taking pictures,
enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience with a Maiko lunch. Maiko are apprentice
to Geisha and the lunch is a great way to take pics and learn about Kyoto's
tradition and culture.
Ride on bullet train to Atami which is
the fastest way to travel on land and is considered an essential Japanese
experience. Japan tour would not be complete without a relaxing soak in the
onsen (Japanese hot springs). An informal, cotton Kimono or Yukata will be
provided for you to wear at the ryokan.
Meet at Tochomae Station in Tokyo or Gotemba Station near Mt.Fuji depending on your preference. The tour will leave promptly at the published departure time of 6:45 a.m.
The group will depart Tokyo by private bus, making our way to the Subashiri 5th station, via Gotenba station. Beginning our climb at 2,000 meters, we will follow the Subashiri trail up to 3,400 meters, where we will rest and lodge for the night. A hot dinner of Japanese curry rice is provided by our mountain hut.
Awake before dawn, as we continue our climb up in the dark, lighting the path with head lamps. After an 1 1/2 hour climb to the summit, we will watch the sunrise from Japan's highest peak.
Time is allotted for buying souvenirs, taking pictures and weather permitting, an optional climb around the crater. After celebrating our summit and eating a hot breakfast, the group will descend back to the Subashiri 5th station and return to Tokyo via Gotenba station.

Vacation will be devoted to exploring the multi-cultural spots of Tokyo. First start with Tokyo's Tsukiji Fish Market, home of the world-famous tuna auction. From here, your tour is off to the Fukagawa Edo Museum to get glance of the history of Tokyo. This beautiful museum is designed to replicate what life looked like during Japan's traditional days of Edo. Travel back in time while walking through the old city of Tokyo made to recreate life during Japan's Edo period.
From here, delve into the old town district of Asakusa for some traditional Japanese souvenir and gift shopping at Nakamise area. Also explore the majestic Sensoji Temple, one of Tokyo's most beautiful temples. This is the perfect place to appreciate Japanese culture and take some spectacular pictures of the famous shopping district. For lunch, we will enjoy an authentic and delicious Teppan-Yaki meal before more to Harajuku to do some shopping and to admire the amazing Japanese scenery. Enjoy shopping in the trendy district home to the world-renowned Harajuku Fashion and Japanese street fashion style. The decadent Omotesando is also nearby, home to incredible luxury shopping and Japanese cafes!
Moving back, the bus will be passing by the famous Shibuya Crosswalk to be part of the thousands who cross every day. While here, also visit the popular Hachiko Statue close to the station. The statue is based on the internationally-known story of Hachiko, the dog who would come back to the station every day to see his owner. After making our way through the crossing with your tour guide.
